1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through dataflowfr.com is Dataflowfr SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €50,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 932 145 678, with registered office at 12 rue de la République, 75011 Paris, France.
2. Data collected
Through the information request form we collect your first name, last name and email address. We also collect technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for statistical purposes, subject to your prior consent through the cookie banner.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to respond to your information request, to send you the documents relating to residential projects available in your region, to ensure site security and, subject to your consent, to measure audience.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) for contact and audience measurement, and on legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) for site security and proper operation.
5. Retention period
Your contact data is kept for three years from your last interaction with Dataflowfr. Connection data is kept for a maximum of thirteen months.
6. Recipients
Data is intended for the teams of Dataflowfr SAS and its technical processors (host located in the European Union, email delivery tool). No transfer outside the European Union is performed without appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may exercise these rights by writing to contact@dataflowfr.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Security
Dataflowfr implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to preserve the security, confidentiality and integrity of your data: TLS encryption, certified hosting, restricted access and access logging.
